Prototyping

We created a MAPLE worksheet based on reference [3], using a general lagrangian and the variational principle to plot several orbits in the Newtonian and GR regimes. The intention was to have an idea about what to expect for our orbits, and the exercise was very instructive and we learned much from this. As the instructor has pointed out, sometimes is usefull to use a computer algebra package, such as Maple, to prototype projects and help implementing a much higher performance code. The worksheet is included in the appendix at the end of this section.
