Overview
The Intel® Compiler Package ID Utility (icid
) displays all the
compiler package ID information to the standard output.
How to use
- You need to set the Intel compiler environment variables
before running
icid
. You can set them by running one of the following shell scripts:
- IA-32 C++ compiler:
[install-dir]/compiler60/ia32/bin/iccvars.sh
- IA-32 Fortran compiler:
[install-dir]/compiler60/ia32/bin/ifcvars.sh
- Itanium C++ compiler:
[install-dir]/compiler60/ia64/bin/eccvars.sh
- Itanium Fortran compiler:
[install-dir]/compiler60/ia64/bin/efcvars.sh
- Default behavior
icid
Display Intel Compiler package id information along with
information on operating system and all compiler components installed.
The RPM database is queried to determine what compiler components
are installed on this OS.
- Command-line help
Use icid -help
or icid -?
to get help information.
- Get version information
Use icid -version
or icid -v
